In a week, the Tuudo recruitment fair will kick off! This 100% digital student recruitment event will take place from 13th to 16th September 2022 in Tuudo application. The main theme of the recruitment fair this autumn is part-time work, but as usual, there are many different job opportunities from several industries. Participating in Tuudo recruitment fair is easy for both students and employers
This recruitment fair does not require employers to be physically present or even to be on call on their computers. We add the material we receive from the employer to Tuudo ourselves, and students can familiarize themselves with it anytime anywhere with their Tuudo application throughout the fair. If desired, the employer can continue their visibility on Tuudo even after the trade fair.
For the fair, Tuudo users will be offered several functionalities that will make it easier than ever to find a suitable employer and job. During the fair, Tuudo works like a dating app for working life, and students can swipe right or left for employers and jobs according to their interests. Jobs and employers swiped to the right are listed in the Personal picks section, where they can be easily browsed.
Students also have the opportunity to get to know interesting employers better thanks to the chat and speed dating features. Speed dates are short interviews where the job seeker can ask for more information about the job or the application process, and at the same time get to introduce themselves to the employer. In the best case, speed dating can facilitate the recruitment process in the future if some of the job seekers have made a special impression on the employer in a short period of time.
A webinar on working life will be organized on September 14-15, 2022
During Tuudo recruitment fair, we organize a webinar on working life in cooperation with employers. At the webinar, students get to learn more about the operators in different fields and their job opportunities. Students also get good job search tips directly from recruiting employers. There are two webinar days during the fair: 14.9. and 15.9. On both webinar days, the program starts at 9 a.m., but you can also jump on the lines in the middle of the day. A more detailed schedule and speeches will be published soon.
