At Tuudo Recruitment Fair, students can get to know interesting employers and job opportunities from 16 to 22 January 2023. The event is carried out completely digitally in the Tuudo app, so participating in the fair is easy anywhere and anytime – even in the middle of the night. The main theme of the spring 2023 recruitment fair is summer work, as many students are looking for a summer job at this time of the year. More than 80 employers have registered for the recruitment fair, so in addition to summer jobs, there are also other job opportunities available, such as internships and permanent jobs. See the list of employers here. The event is implemented in cooperation with Oikotie and the Responsible Summer Job campaign.
Employers get to perform at a Work Life Webinar
As usual, a work life webinar is organized at the recruitment fair, where students can hear from dozens of professionals from different fields. This year, the webinar will take place over two days, January 17-18. from 10am to 4pm via Teams.

Employers can meet students at speed dates
In addition to the webinar, the speed date feature increases the fair atmosphere during the digital recruitment fair. Speed date is a short, approx. 15-minute remote meeting between the job seeker and the employer. Some employers offer students the opportunity to apply for a quick interview, so they can ask more about job opportunities and get to know the employer better. The employer selects the interviewees according to the information given in the Personal information section and the compatibility of the schedules. You can apply for speed dating at least with these employers.
